• On September 11th, 2018 at 9:00a.m., Mrs. T. Starr's 6th grade 21st Century Enrichment class presented their research and learning in the form of a school assembly to commemorate September 11th, 2001. The students spent the previous two weeks learning about the tragic events that occurred on this day. They decided as a class to present their findings in the form of a book to share with the school that would help the students understand what happened. Each student in the class was responsible for at least one page in the book. A few of the students worked to put together a slide show of photos that further explained the events associated with the day. The students did a great job on their research and presentation. Pictured below are first row; Taylor Moore, Anthony Pelegreen, Kayden Dunkle, Zoey Todd, Ceci Bellerive, and Kyle Bake. Second row: James Rosenberger, Avri Puskarich, Lyla Dalton, Gabby Stull, Avery Cash, and Brady McPeak.

• Mrs. McKinney and Ms. Ferrell’s 6th grade math students have been learning statistics. Ms. Ferrell used the sweet treat of skittles to help them learn mean.
