Attention Harrison Hills Parents/Guardians:

If your child will be four years old as of August 1st 2019, please complete the following steps to enroll your child in Preschool at Harrison Central Elementary for the 2019-2020 school year.

Note: If your child will be three years old as of August 1st 2019 and you have medical and/or developmental concerns, please contact Chris Millsaps at Help Me Grow to schedule a screening appointment at 740.942.2622.

Note: If your child is currently enrolled in Preschool at Harrison East or Harrison North, you do not need to attend Registration.

Pre-Registration:

Go to the following link online and complete the online Pre-Registration. You will begin the Pre-Registration by selecting a time that you are available to attend Preschool Registration on Monday, May 20th at our District Office in Cadiz. Only the parent/guardian needs to attend the Preschool Registration on May 20th. If you need help with completing the Pre-Registration, just call 740.942.7806.

Gather the following items for Preschool Registration:

1. Your child’s birth certificate. This must be the certificate issued by the County Health Department. Hospital Record of Birth is not acceptable.
2. Your child’s current immunization record.
3. Any court documents that pertain to your child. This includes custody paperwork, adoption documents, etc.
4. Your child’s social security card.
5. Medical contact information such as the name & number of your child’s doctor and dentist.
6. Your driver’s license.
7. Proof of residence such as current utility bill, insurance bill or bank statement.

Parent/Guardian Attends Preschool Registration:

Attend Preschool Registration on Monday, May 20th at the time you selected on the online Pre-Registration. Bring the items listed above in Step 2 with you to Preschool Registration. At this Preschool Registration, you will be given a packet of the required paperwork needed for preschool enrollment.
