Alex Baker is pictured above with his blue ribbon for earning 25 AR points. Brodie Sweeney and Alyvia Bryant reached their 50 point AR goal. Steven Renner received his gold medal and flying ninja for becoming a fact master. Chase Campbell is shown with his certificate for being an AR star and joining the 25 points club. Everyone met their AR goal for the first nine weeks in Mrs. Gaffney’s class. They celebrated their success munching on popcorn with a variety of yummy toppings! Jett Triplett is all smiles after officially becoming a Fact Master! Mrs. Pellick’s class received a donation last week from Southeast Healthcare. This included a lot of 70% alcohol hand sanitizer, pencils, lead, squish balls, candy, and a coffee mug. Thanks Southeast Healthcare! Mr. Dom (Student teacher in 5th With Mrs. Steele) led the students in a reading activity about Bigfoot. The students measured and compared their foot to Bigfoot’s print after writing to law enforcement about their sighting. Rumors are that he was spotted near 3rd grade. Beware ??
