Huskies Talk Issue 24

Last week was staff appreciation week. The Board of Education and Administration would like to extend our deepest regards to all staff and their dedication and commitment to our students and the district. We hope you enjoyed the treats and trinkets given as a token of our appreciation to your service to Harrison Central.

Administration and HHTA negotiated on Tuesday May 4th. We would like to thank the teams for their diligence in making the one day process so productive.

On May 7th. Harrison County Health Department through Change Inc. provided inoculations to those students sixteen years and older who desired the Covid -19 vaccination.

Congratulations to Junior Highschool and Highschool National Honor Society inductees.

Help Me Grow had a desk audit for the MIECHV grant. Mrs. Harding pulled all information and uploaded all requested information.

The treasurer has reviewed and updated the five year forecast after asking about district needs with the administrative team. It will be ready for board approval this month.

Mrs. Harding and Mr. Saffell have received and reviewed Cafeteria Management Proposals. A recommendation will be presented at the May board meeting.
