Soaring in Second

A crime has been committed! Someone has taken Rudolph! Mrs. Gaffney’s students were up to the challenge to solve the crime! Each student received a case file and worked hard using their reading skills to gain clues. Alexis and Caroline were the first to crack the case! The detectives receive a certificate and special treat for solving the crime.

Fabulous in Fourth

Fourth grade was busy with turkey projects leading up to Thanksgiving break. In science class, students had to disguise Tom Turkey so he could once again escape the dinner table.

In writing class, students chose an Emoji Turkey and wrote a persuasive paragraph about why they should not be eaten for Thanksgiving. We had turkeys in love, turkeys sick with COVID and even a Dr. Turkey with a full schedule!

Standing Out in Sixth

Sixth grade students are studying Georgia O’Keefe is art class. They created the projects above using mixed media of charcoal, paint and markers.
