
Varsity Track at Indian Valley
On Friday, April 21, the varsity girls’ and boys’ track teams traveled to Indian Valley for a quad meet against Indian Valley, Shenandoah, and Garaway. The girls’ team placed first, and the boys’ team second. The girls were led by first place finishes by Grace Goudy in 100 meter hurdles and long jump, Nadia Tweedy in the 400 and 200 meter dash, Katherine Shearer in discus, as well as the 4x100 and 4x200 relay teams. The boys were led with first place finishes by Aiden Hays in the 3200 meter run and Hunter Boals in shot put. - Nadia Tweedy JV Baseball Falls Short in Double Header
On Friday, April 21, the junior varsity baseball team hosted a double header against. Steubenville and Toronto. They played Steubenville first, and lost with a score of 10-5, and followed with an additional loss against the Toronto Red Knights with a score of 17-14. - Lexi Smith Prom at Ebbert Farms
On Saturday, April 22, prom was held at Ebberts Farm. Hunter Bittinger and Emily Davis were crowned prince and princess. Also, Holden Anthony and Hannah Ragusa were crowned king and queen. - Emma Tuttle OVAC Baseball Semifinal
On Monday, April 24, the boys’ baseball team traveled to St. Clairsville. Unfortunately, the team lost with a score of 4-2. - Gavin Ray Varsity Softball Defeats Bellaire on Senior Night
On Monday, April 21, the varsity softball team played against Bellaire. The Huskies ended up defeating Bellaire 6-2! This was also senior night where Kayln Ledger, Lizzy Clelland, Brooke Heavilin, Maddy Butler, and Alina Williams were recognized. - Kendra DeWees Junior High Track Placed in the Edison League
On Monday, April 24, the junior high track team was invited to participate in the Edison League. The Huskies placed second overall in the Edison League, with Triston Cole and Noah Thaxton jumping incredibly in the high jump. Chace Byers and Ethan Hercules also jumped amazing heights in pole vaulting. - Cooper Thompson Huskies Fall in OVAC Softball Semifinal
On Tuesday, April 25, the varsity softball team played Oak Glen in the OVAC 4A semifinal. Unfortunately the Huskies fell 8-0. - Haley Dunlap Huskies Dual with Indian Creek
On Tuesday, April 25, the Redskins traveled to the Huskies track. The girls’ and boys’ teams both defeated Indian Creek. The girls’ team won 96-35 and the boys’ team won 109-28. - Maddy Bender Junior Varsity Baseball Plays Toronto  On Tuesday, April 25, the junior varsity baseball team played at Toronto. The game would get out of hand in the 3rd inning when the Red Knights scored six runs to go up 9-1. There wouldn’t be an answer from the Huskies as they would go on to lose 11-1. E.J. On Wednesday, April 26, the junior high track team traveled to Bellaire to participate in the Buckeye 8 tournament. The Huskies got runner up in the Indian League! - Gabriella DiMichele Baseball Plays Steubenville
On Wednesday, April 26, the boys’ varsity baseball team was away at Steubenville. The varsity team won with a score of 9-7. The junior varsity team played against Steubenville at home.
Varsity Softball Away at Buckeye Trail
On Wednesday, April 26, the varsity girls’ softball team traveled to Buckeye Trail where they won, with a score of 10-0. The junior varsity team played at home against Shadyside. - Leah Cottrell Junior High Track Meet
On Thursday, April 27, The junior high hosted a meet against Salineville Southern and Barnesville. Salineville Southern girls’ took first with 56 points, Barnesville took second with 51 points, and Harrison Central took third with 44 points. For the boys, Barnesville took first place with 85 points, Harrison Central took second with 47 points, and Salineville Southern took last place with 27 points. - Zoe Whipkey Softball Travels to Bellaire
On Thursday, April 27, the varsity girls’ softball team played away at Bellaire. The girls’ won, with a score of 7-4. Junior Varsity Baseball Vs. Edison
On Thursday, April 27, the junior varsity Huskies played at home against the Wildcats. Despite their best efforts, they could not stop the Wildcats when it came to the second half of the game.
