| | On Friday, January 6, the bowling team traveled to Dirty Dog Lanes to take on Linsly. The varsity boys’ team won their games with a 2167 to 1381. High individual scores were Kyle Bake with 210 and 226, with a series of 436, Kobie Hennis with 189 and 190, with a series of 379, Chad Viers with 172 and 173, with a series of 345, and Drew Culbertson with 160 and 189, with a series of 349. The varsity girls won their games with a 1537 to 1337. | | On Thursday, January 11, the bowling team traveled to St. Clairsville to participate in the Buckeye 8 Championship. The boys were Buckeye 8 Champions and the girls were Buckeye 8 Runners-up. The boys’ team members earning Buckeye 8 Honors were: Kyle Bake finishing 2nd overall with a 556 series, throwing games of 213, 169, and 174, John Gray with 4th overall and a series of 489, throwing 138, 190, and 161, and Drew Culberston 5th overall with series throwing games of 128, 206, and 153. The girls’ team had one member with Buckeye 8 Honors, TyLynn Smith, who finished 3rd overall with a series of 395, with games of 128, 135, and 132.
