Immunizations are due now, Kindergarten must have 2 MMR with 2 Varicella. 

7th graders are mandated to have a booster Tdap and meningococcal vaccine.

12th-grade students are mandated to now have a Meningitis booster (Note all University and Colleges now require these immunizations to enter their programs.)

 Please call your physician or our local Health Department to receive your required immunizations at 740-942-2616

Once you have received a copy of your child's shots they must be sent to your school nurse for proper documentation.
